Background of StairClimber
StairClimbers was started by a group of students of the College of Medicine at SUNY Downstate.
StairClimber Tenets:
1) Display a StairClimber button (usually on a bag)
2) When two StairClimbers meet, both take the stairs.

- Training Effects of Accumulated Daily Stair-Climbing Exercise in Previously Sedentary Young Women
